Chef Yoldaş started his own business in F&B in 2001 and he went abroad to experience world kitchen in 2008. He worked at the most important restaurants of Canada and Austria, including Auberge du Pommier, known as Canada’s best restaurant. He handled very special receptions given all over Europe.
To make his dream concept of the New Anatolian Cuisine come true, he moved to Bodrum in 2014 and opened Ent Restaurant, which is considered as one of the most important restaurants of Turkey in several evaluations it entered by its concept of loyal to the local products, respectful to the traditional methods, and yet, creative an innovative kitchen.
